eMARS will be unavailable beginning Friday, May 23, 7:00 AM through Monday, May 26 in order to upgrade to a new version 3.6.0.3. Users will not be able to access the eMARS application, including VSS and infoAdvantage, until Tuesday, May 27, 7:00 AM.
 
This upgrade includes needed changes and enhancements to the online application. A summary of these changes are included in the eMARS Newsletter Issue 20 now available on the eMARS Web site @ http://finance.ky.gov/internal/eMARS/.
