Physical Inventory Freeze (INVF)

Physical Inventory Freeze (INVF) stores information for physical inventory to reconcile the actual accounts with the on-hand (system) quantities. Details of the stock item are inferred from Inventory Inquiry (INVN). Records are added to this table by the user, or by running the Inventory Freeze offline program. Warehouse

Key field. Enter the warehouse code where this physical inventory reconciliation is taking place.

Stock Item

Key field. Enter the stock item. See Inventory Inquiry (INVN) for valid values.

Issue Unit

Display only. This field indicates the unit of measure for this stock item; for example, boxes.

Bin Number

Display only. The location of the item in the warehouse is inferred from Inventory Inquiry (INVN).

Adjustment Code

Required. Enter the adjustment code. See Adjustment Code (ADJC) for valid values.

Actual Quantity

Required. Enter the actual quantity of the stock items.
